This Minecraft Mod is extremely useful for making quick lakes or turning deep holes (due to explosions) into lakes. Instant Lake is crafted in Survival Mode with 8 buckets of water around 1 diamond. If there are no blocks around the water area (100 square blocks from the block), it cannot generate water.
Instant Lake Block Mod for Minecraft is a simple mod and can be used with other mods. The Instant Lake block’s stat is 450. In contrast, the Lava pool block is crafted with 8 lava buckets around a diamond with an index of 451.
The player can handle the flow error as it flows into the lake. The mod also adds a Magic Bucket in the position opposite the block. This item is crafted like a regular crate but uses diamonds instead of iron. The Magic Bucket can only remove liquids. It does not scoop. The item stat is 452.
How to change the settings:
Find the InstantLakeSettings.txt file, it should be created in the .Minecraft folder the first time you play with this mod. For a server it will be created in the same folder as the server jar. To change the settings simply change the integers in front of each line as the instructions say, then save the file. If you are playing on a server you will not be able to craft items if your recipe for that item is set differently than the server’s setting.
Bounding, Crafting recipes and block IDs can be edited.
Also WARNING: removing the boundary can have strange effects, though nothing extremely bad has happened to me so far. The Magic bucket removes entire oceans and rivers (though with a lot of lag) and sometimes changes to the world don’t save. The blocks may cause errors like flooding your world in lava/water or causing strange bugs. SO BE CAREFUL
How to install Instant Lake Mod?
Download and install Minecraft Forge
Download the Instant Lake Mod from link below.
Go to Start Menu in Windows. Type run into the search box, press enter and go to %appdata%. Locate folder ” .minecraft “.
Open the .minecraft folder. The default location is: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into the ‘mods’ folder in .minecraft.
