How to install Mouse Tweaks Mod?
Download and install Minecraft Forge.
Download the Mouse Tweaks Mod.
Click on the Start Menu in Windows.
Type run into the search box, and select the Run program at the top of the results.
Type %appdata% into the Run program, and press Enter.
Go to .minecraft/mods folder.
Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into that.
Enjoy the mod.

The new version of Mouse Tweaks Mod adds a few new features. The first of these is the ability to customize your L-button drag speed. Finally, the new version also adds support for the Minecraft 1.8 update!
How do I set my L-button drag speed?
To quickly set your L-button drag speed, right click on the scroll wheel in Minecraft and select “Configure Controls”. Then in the dropdown list that appears, select “LButton Drag Speed”.
